As we all know police may be known for "Defending" the people. Is this true? well from the looks of the chart there is more incidents with the police not doing their duties. Showing in the chart there are more cases with the police brutalizing civilians. As you look at the chart you decide exactly what you think the cops actually do more. All that can be said is that the police take their positions and abuse them. They are suppose to have the duty to serve the people but yet they are beating, killing and treating them wrongfully.
